AGC Edge Lean Into Safety (CE - Continuing Edge) is a half-day course that will explain how to reduce safety incidents through the application of Lean Construction tools and techniques. Find out how to identify, assess and reduce safety risks with 5S organization, Waste analysis, the Last Planner System, Kaizen events, Failure Modes & Effects Analysis, and workflow design. Take your safety program to the next level with Lean.

This course is the first step on the path to investing in and retaining your team by developing your own supervisors.
