On every construction project, field performance depends on how well people, materials, equipment and work areas are organized. This workshop focuses specifically on jobsite logistics and workflow planning; including how to set-up the site, sequence work, and improve crew and material movement to reduce delays and waste effort.
The 4-hour Field Logistics and Workflow Planning Workshop is a tactical, application-based session designed to help participants improve coordination at the project level. Rather than covering productivity as a broad management topic, this workshop zeroes in on site layout, material staging, crew flow, handoff points, and simple field-planning practices that support smoother daily operations.
Through discussion, real-world scenarios, and small group activities, participants will apply practical tools they can use right away to improve site coordination, reduce workflow interruptions, and support more efficient execution in the field. Each attendee will leave with ideas and next steps they can adapt to their own project environment
Workshop is held Thursday
