Vargco LLC, is a GC that has vast experience working on fast track projects. The management team at Vargco has overseen the successful completion of close to 1/2 billion dollars of completed fast-track projects. They range in sectors from retail, distribution warehouses, to large-scale mixed-use and worship facilities. They have strong subcontractor relationships in Florida, Texas and most of the Midwest. Vargco was started by Carlos Vargas in 2015 after almost 20 years working as a construction manager in Jacksonville, FL.
